We’re looking for an experienced Customer Solutions Manager to join our team at our Kerry Road facility, playing a pivotal role in driving growth across our Aftermarket business.

In this strategic, customer-facing role, you’ll lead the development of commercially sound, customer‑defined solutions that unlock new Aftermarket opportunities across both traditional and non‑traditional customers and market segments.

You’ll bring together commercial insight, market creativity, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver meaningful growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver growth targets through the execution of effective sales and marketing strategies, including optimising existing offerings, developing new solutions to address market gaps, creating acquisition and retention strategies for non‑machine owner opportunities, and expanding alternative routes to market
  • Provide commercial analysis and recommendations to identify and develop growth opportunities across CI and RI aftermarket businesses
  • Work closely with Customer Support Managers and their teams to identify and capture incremental aftermarket opportunities
  • Analyse and communicate financial and operational performance trends to support decision making, including budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance reviews
  • Provide ongoing reporting to senior leadership, including management of BPI scorecards and initiatives
  • Support the Aftermarket Solutions team to achieve commodity targets and improved revenue and gross profit outcomes
  • Manage the Central Quoting function, improving quoting accuracy, turnaround times, and capability, while developing the team as subject matter experts and product owners for machine rebuilds

What you’ll need:

We’re looking for a commercially astute, collaborative leader with:

  • Tertiary qualifications (preferably a Master’s degree) in Business Management, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ industry experience, ideally in RI Aftermarket senior customer‑facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • A customer‑centric mindset with strong commercial judgement
